By accessing or using BasedInbox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

BasedInbox is operated by BasedInbox Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Malaysia.

2. Description of Service

BasedInbox provides AI-powered expense tracking and document management services, including:

• Receipt and bank statement data extraction using artificial intelligence
• Transaction categorization and management
• Personal and business expense separation
• Claims generation and export functionality
• Integration with third-party accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks)
• Tax calculation tools for Malaysia (SST) and Singapore (GST)

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to process fraudulent or illegal transactions

• The Service should not be used as the sole source of financial record-keeping
• Tax calculations are estimates and should be verified by a qualified professional

7. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
